Product Overview
Efficiency, energy conservation, and low carbon emissions are today’s global priorities. Many countries, particularly in Europe and North America, have already established stringent efficiency requirements for electric motors. In China, on December 18, 2013, the mandatory performance-efficiency standard GB 30253–2013, “Performance Limits and Efficiency Grades for Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motors,” was issued. To meet the needs of both domestic and international markets, Yongli Motor’s TYCP series of ultra-high-efficiency three-phase variable-frequency permanent-magnet synchronous motors fully comply with the Level 1 energy-efficiency requirement specified in GB 18613–2020 and achieve an internationally advanced level among comparable products.
The TYCP series of permanent-magnet motors feature a rotor equipped with permanent magnets, delivering higher efficiency and power density than induction motors. Within the 25%–120% load range, this series outperforms comparable-rated asynchronous motors in terms of efficiency and offers a broader economical operating range, resulting in significant energy savings. Moreover, the mounting dimensions for each frame size in this series are consistent with those of YE2, YX3, YE3, YE4, and other series of induction motors, ensuring excellent interchangeability and compliance with IEC and relevant national standards, thereby facilitating installation and operation for customers.
The TYCP series of permanent-magnet synchronous motors feature a rotor equipped with permanent magnets, delivering higher efficiency and power density than induction motors.
